About
Meet Danielle Cohen Henriquez
I am a strategy and sustainability professional with a background in economics, investments and sustainable development.
With a master's degree from the London School of Economics, an MBA from Oxford University and experience spanning sustainable finance, policy and business development, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to the challenges facing businesses and institutions.
My work is grounded in a simple belief: sustainability creates the greatest value when it is integrated into the way organisations govern, operate and invest.
Based in Curaçao, I am particularly interested in how businesses, financial institutions and public-sector organisations can (jointly!) contribute to a more resilient and prosperous Caribbean region.

My approach
Grounded, practical, local.
Commercially grounded
Sustainability must connect to the realities of business: performance, risk, competitiveness, capital and long-term value.
Practical by design
I focus on actionable recommendations, clear priorities and solutions that reflect each organisation's context and capacity.
Locally informed
Effective strategies recognise the opportunities, relationships and constraints of Curaçao and the wider region.
Why DCH Advisory?
Bridging ambition and implementation.
I created DCH Advisory to help bridge the gap between sustainability ambition and practical implementation.
My goal is to make ESG relevant to the decisions that matter: from boardroom discussions and investment choices to everyday business operations and culture.
